We Be Now (the "App") is an independent companion app operated by Katie Dickieson ("we," "us," "our"). You can reach us at hello@katiedickieson.com.
We Be Now is an educational and reflective companion designed to support people undergoing ketamine and Spravato treatment with practices like guided meditation, subliminal affirmations, mood tracking, journaling, and session preparation rituals.
We Be Now is not:
Katie Dickieson is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or psychotherapist. App content reflects personal practice, research, and reflection — not clinical recommendation.
By using We Be Now, you understand and agree that:

You must be at least 18 years old to use We Be Now. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
Some features of We Be Now require a paid subscription managed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. The full subscription price will be charged to your Apple ID account at the start of each billing cycle.
The audio library (subliminal affirmations, meditations, hypnosis recordings, soundscapes), written guides, journaling prompts, and all other We Be Now content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, repost publicly, or use any We Be Now content for commercial purposes without written permission. Music is licensed from Epidemic Sound under their Creator plan and may not be extracted from the app.
Anything you create in We Be Now — journal entries, mood logs, manifestation goals, photo entries — remains yours. We do not claim ownership. We store this content under your account so the App can show it back to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to:
We Be Now is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Be Now, its founder, and any affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, regardless of legal theory.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is greater.
You can stop using We Be Now and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access creates risk for you, us, or other users.
We may update these Terms over time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law.
